I meet with a group of four girls and their four firstborn children (who are all about Finn's age) twice a month to pray for eachother, socialize and just share our mom triumphs and tribulations. We decided to get a jump on fall last week and head out to one of the many pumpkin patches on Sauvie's Island. Of course two of us ended up at one patch (which was the originally designated one that wasn't even open yet) and two of us ended up at a different one (that they happened upon and thought was correct, but at least it was open!). We all ended up together after a little while and explored the farm animals, hay pyramid, pumpkin patch and farm store together! The bummer was that the hay rides weren't running yet, but we still had a great time!
