We went to visit our friends the Olsons in San Jose last weekend...where the sun is hot and the fun keeps on rolling! :)

Double stroller fun for the babies!
Well, baby Eli got left out since he was in the stroller, but a cute picture of our friends!

At the Santa Cruz boardwalk we took the kids on the carousel (one of the few rides the babies could go on). The youngest ones, Finn and Eli, actually really loved it! No tears for them!

Finn's first time at the beach! I think the "bigness" of the ocean and the cold water made it not his favorite place at the water's edge. He really enjoyed sitting with mamma on the towel and playing with the sun lotion bottle and Eli though!

Finn's first time in a swimming pool! He didn't love it, but it may have been a little chilly for him...we'll keep trying!

Finn playing with the youngest Olson, Eli, who is a week older than Finn. They did a very good job sharing toys. I don't think they understood the concept of getting upset when another kid takes your toy yet.
We got to see more friends there too! This is "Little" Walter and his father "Big" Walter (not quite Jr. and Sr. name-wise). They came over with mom Aletha (my friend from Regional Medical Center) for a tasty lunch and game time!We had a fabulous trip!! Thanks Olson family for letting us crash with you and making it a great time!

Finn looks like he is twice the size of Ava in that picture! Please tell me its just the angle and not my micro-sized children...
cute pictures! we had such a great time and Eli picked up Finn's habit of screaming for his food throughout the entire feeding. Thanks, Finn!
So glad you guys got back to San Jose. We'd love to make the trip sometime this year as well. Do you miss California? WE do sometimes. So glad to see the Olson's are healthy as well. great that you guys are keeping touch with them. Finn is a big boy, looks very healthy.
